I didn't understand why I always got paranoid with every word that the man said.
“Be your person? What do you mean by that?” I asked, fanning myself because my mind was filled with different thoughts that I knew weren't possible.
“I'm asking you to follow me to Harrington Corporation, since I will be going back there, and I want you to follow me.” He said, and I mouthed in relief.
“I didn't know that's what the CEO meant, but who's going to manage this place if you go back to the group? Should you not just stay?” I asked.
I felt that the Harrington corporation might be a burden to him, remembering that someone asked me to steal from him back then without a care if I hurt him; I could already tell that his life might not be that rosy.
