One year later
It's been a year since Cassie passed on and we took in Harry. I know many may say I'm weak and I forgave her easily but I had a part to play too. I may use her story as a lesson but also my experience as one too. I was her only family and should have asked how she was.
The kids are now seven and let me tell you, four kids is a lot of work. I try to make all of them learn and know that family is important. To love each other and be each others support system. You see family can fight, ignore, curse or act like they don't care sometimes when they actually love and care for you. I want that for the kids.
