Shawn's POV

I look at Scarlett pleading her to stay but of course Hunter walk as fast as he could, out of the room with Scarlett in his arms. Damn you Hunter!!

"Err...Bennett please calm down before you do something that you will regret".

"Yeah what 4 ey- I mean what Shawn said is true. We don't want to scare off Scarlett now are we". "Maybe not yet" I could heard Xavier muttered.

Bennett just sat on one of the beanbags and asked us to take a seat. We hesitate but one look from Bennett we quickly take our seat.

"I'm so sorry if what I said make you angry" I blurted out. I'm too young to be humiliated in front of Scarlett.

"What I wanna said have nothing to do with you guys bad-mouthing me earlier. I want to asked regarding about your fight earlier" his face was serious.

I'm confused to what Bennett want to know. We have told him everything that happen earlier to him "You mean? Do elaborate".

"I just gonna ask you some question and you will answer it. I want to asked Hunter too but if too many person stay behind, I afraid that Scarlett will be suspicious. That's why I want both of you to stay" Bennett explain.

Our mouth turned to 'O'.

Xavier take a bottle of mineral water from the mini refrigerator "So what you want to know about actually. Because if my mind serve me right, Hunter should already told you what happen".

"What kinda of power did she use to eliminate the monsters. Seal? Stabbing their heart? Or sending them back to hell?".

Sealing the monster is where you put a seal on the monster to put it to sleep before either burning them to ashes or sending them back to the hell. Not many have the ability to opening the hell portal. It use to much spiritual energy that many can't open the portal properly. They might be able to open portal to hell but they can't close the hell gate. I don't even know why, That's why we never open the gate. One of the reason is because the requirement to open the gate of hell.

"She didn't use any of those things" I said truthfully.

"What do you meant Shawn? Then how did she destroy all the creatures?".

"She burned all the monster to ashes" Bennett look quite shock when he heard Xavier said that. I look at Bennet dead in the eyes "She use a rose petal before chanting something. The Rose petals multiple itself before surrounding the monsters and burn them" He continue.

"You mean she didn't seal them before putting them on fire?".

I nod "Yep. The fire start from the petals itself".

"Wow. She is , much more powerful than I imagine" Bennett spoke to himself. "Can you remember what she chant while using the flower petals?".

We think for a few seconds to recalled the memories "I think she said 'With the power of Crimson Rose, I summoned thee The Eternal Flame. I command thee to burn this monster. Without leaving anything untouched. Burn with thee mighty fire that relates this monster to human realm' but I'm not quite sure if it was correct" Xavier said.

"You are wrong there a few things you are missing it should be 'With the power of Crimson Rose, I summoned thee,The Eternal Flame. I command thee to burn this monster flesh to ashes till its bone. Without leaving anything untouched. Burn with thee mighty flame the things that related this monster to this human realm' . it should be like that" I corrected Xavier while smirking.

I know that Xavier is fuming but he control himself. He didn't want to be punish by Bennett I guess. "She also surround by red aura before it transfer to the Rose petals surroundings her".

Bennett stand up "Crimson Rose and The Eternity Flame aye. I will find out about their connection" he smirking. From his smirk I knew he is planning something. And that something are not good from how large his smirk is.

"What are you planning do to with Scarlett, Bennett?" I asked.

Bennett turned around and look at me "Why are you asking that Shawn" he is dodging the question.

"Skip the bullshit Bennett. I know you're planning to do something that involve Scarlett with that smirk on your face" Xavier joined the conversation.

"You better not using Scarlett in one of your experiment. If you intend to do that then I'll have to stand on your way" I stood up and stand in front Bennett.

Xavier stood beside me. We are blocking Bennett from walking out of the room "I may hate Shawn but if you intent to do any harm to Scarlett you'll have to deal with me. By the way what are you gonna do with Scarlett anyway?".

Bennett side step us "If you really want to know...I guess you just have to find out yourself then. Now let's go. Don't want the food getting cold now right" Bennett smile innocently and walked out of the door.

Sometimes as his teammates I was kind of scared with Bennett. I'm not talking about how he was getting his revenge when we do something he didn't like. Nope not even close, I'm talking about how he fight the monsters was so cruel. Once for a while I feel sympathy on how he handling the monsters. I know I shouldn't felt that way but it was to cruel, even I was scared by the way he was acting. It was like he was being posses by something sinister.

Both of us look at the door where Bennett just exit.

"What do you think Bennet gonna do?" Xavier asked me.

"I don't know what he is planning. But I can guess what ever he was playing is not gonna be rainbow and unicorn. That for sure".

"I have goosebumps hearing you speaking like that" Xavier shudder before laughing.

"You piece of s**t. I feel like I gonna puke when you said seriously" I tackle him to the ground. Then I remember about the dinner. "We better go downstairs before my princess thinking I have any forbidden relationship with you. I'm okay having relationship with my princess but you...ugh don't make me started. Even imagine it make he broke into cold sweat".

"You took those words out of my mouth. Now let's go" Xavier start to walk away.

We both walked out of the door. Staying side by side until we arrived at the kitchen. I just hope Bennett didn't touch her until Scarlett's leg heal completely. I didn't want for her to have any injured.

Bennet's POV

Whistling to myself I walked by myself to the kitchen. Crimson Rose huh. I know I have heard that somewhere before, Maybe from Dominic. But I can't bring myself to remember it. I feel fascinated when I heard about her power. Her look captive me when we first time meet. But don't worry I'll find the bottom of it. Hearing about her fight like that make me want to fight her myself. I know she didn't fight all out when she fight the guys inside the simulation room.

It make me what to have a match with her and push her until the limit. I smiled at myself just thinking about it. Finally I arrived in front of the kitchen. When I enter, I saw she is talking with Hunter while Luca sat beside Hunter. Not doubt listening the conversation. As I take a step forward into the kitchen all eyes on me.

"Sorry keeping your waiting Scarlett" I kissed her right knuckle and took a seat at the head of the table. On my left was Luca then Hunter and finally Scarlett.

"Its okay. Where is Xavier and Shawn. Will they join us for dinner?" Scarlett said. Such a sweet girl.

Before I can answer her question Hunter said "I think they are bickering all the way to here. You can guess how they are when we left them alone".

"I think we have to wait for a few more minutes until they arrived" I gave her a smile.

"Okay then". "So what did you guys talk about anyway?" Scarlett tried to make conversation with me.

"That's for us to know and for you to never find out" I winked.

I really want to know what kind of reaction she will make if she knew we were talking about her. But I have to refrain myself. I didn't want Scarlett to be scared of me...maybe not yet. I know she will make such a lovely expression. Can't wait until that day. My sweet rose.

Hunter and Luca look at me suspiciously. While Scarlett just huff and drank the water in front of her. 5 minutes later Xavier and Shawn finally strolled to the kitchen.

"You guys late. What are you doing to come here? crawling" Hunter said sarcastically.

Xavier rolled his eyes "No. We swim here Hunter. Didn't you know".

"Hahaha very funny Hunter. We didn't crawl but jumping here like a frog" full of sarcasm.

With that we start our dinner. Scarlett thank me because I cook what she want.

"Don't worry I like to cook so it's fine" I smile charming.

She nodded and continue to eat. I was dumbfounded. She didn't fell for my charming smile...she is something. She is the first one that didn't felt into my charming smile.

"Why did you request cheesecake and hamburger princess?" Hunter asked.

"I...uh...I suddenly want to eat it. Been craving it for awhile" her face turn red as she blush.

I love looking at her dark red hair. It was almost black but it turn dark red like blood if you look it under the light. Such a lovely colour.

"Awee, if you want to eat anything just tell me Mistress. We definitely will make it for you" Xavier said. I didn't mind cooking for her.

If it even be possible Scarlett turned more red. "I'll keep that in mind" she mumbled.

We finish eating. I saw Scarlett rubbing her eyes. I think she is feeling sleepy and try to stay awake.

"Scarlett do you want me to carry you to your room?" I asked her.

"I feel kind of sleepy right now. But its okay I'll asked Xavier to carry me. If it's fine by him".

Xavier smiled like he just won a million dollars. I smirked, like I would let Xavier do that "Oh, I'll carry you this time. The other need to clean up after dinner. It will take time until they are finish".

"No, I-" I cut Xavier off by giving him a look "Its okay Mistress. I need to clean this after all. Bennett will take you to your room. I'm sorry I can't carry you. But I promise next time I would".

"Oh, it's okay Xavier. You need to do your duty. I don't want to keep you from your work" just smiled.

Shawn look at me like he want to said something. I raised my eyebrow daring him to said something but like a good boy he keep his lips seal and cast his eyes down.

I stood up and walk to Scarlett's side. "Now let's go" I carried her bridal style. I walked to the door before giving the guys a last glance and walk out. When we arrived at her room i asked her "Do you need to go to use the bathroom first Scarlett?".

"Yes, please".

With that I carried her to the bathroom inside her room. "I'll wait outside. If you are finish just call for me okay" I put her on the toilet lid and walk out.

I don't want to invade her privacy...At least for now. I waited for around 6 minutes until she call me that she finish. I carried her to the bed. Before I can walked out she grasp my right hand. I turned to look at her.

"Do you need anything else Scarlett? A bottle of mineral water perhaps?".

She shook her head "I didn't need anything else. I just want to ask. Are you okay Bennet?"

"I'm fine Scarlett. Why did you asked that?" I was taken aback by her question.

"Well you didn't seem like yourself that's all. If you have a problem you can talk to me. I'll be all ear for you".

I patted her head. "Don't worry I'm okay Scarlett. Thanks for asking. Now if you didn't need anything else I will be going now" I kissed her forehead. "Sweet dream" I look at her for the last time before walking out. Sweet dream my sweet rose. I walk to my room.
