Hiroshi, Takamatsu, and Ishii hurried out of the hospital to the parking lot. Takamatsu got in the front and Hiroshi got in the back.
Ishii slipped a bill into the payment machine and smacked the side when it didn’t give her a receipt. She pulled into the street with a quick turn. She still had the energy to act on her impatience. Hiroshi wasn’t sure he did.
Takamatsu said, “Back to the rich part of town. Ota followed Miyuki and has something for us. Saved us a lot of time.”
Hiroshi hummed. “What did he find?”
“The hosts”
“What hosts?”
“From Kabukicho. Prod them into action and catch them at it. Worked perfectly.”
Ishii drove more quickly than usual. “Even if we have the hosts, we still haven’t found the girls.”
