“Where are we, really?” Daniel asked. Even to his own ears, his voice sounded sleepy and lazy. He lay in the curve of Richard’s arm, but it couldn’t last more than a few minutes. They would burn if they didn’t reapply lotion soon, and the rock was not the most comfortable place to lie on, or to make love. He knew from the way Richard had staggered down to the water to rinse off, unable to suppress a snigger, though one he quickly cut off as Richard shot a dark no-nonsense look in his direction.
