I raised my glance as I munched my food. I just c****d my brow to my father waiting for him to speak. I wouldn't waste an ounce of word at him.
"When will be the meeting held about the merger?"
I took my glass of water and sipped from it. I then leaned in my seat and sighed. "Tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Ivo's company. Ivo and I decided not to make it as statutory merger, Dad. We decided that the two companies will have statutory consolidation. Smith-Dela Fuente Conglomerate will be the new name for the two companies. Smith Corporation and Dela Fuente Company will cease to exist. So all the stockholders from the two companies will be the stockholders of Smith-Dela Fuente Conglomerate," I explained.
