Raziel's POV
As I approach the palace, all I can think about is the meeting my council members and I are going to hold. But first, I must see Gabriel.
" Welcome back, Alpha Raziel," the palace maids and the royal guards, they all bow their heads and greet me, but the greetings fall on deaf ears. I just keep thinking about the calamity that is about to befall my Pack.
" Welcome back, Beta Gabriel." Gabriel's case seems to be even worse, while I am the cold, emotionless Alpha that takes care of the Pack. Gabriel is the warm, loving father who sees the Pack as his own family. I have never been one to be attached but the same cannot be said for Gabriel.
