Adrian's POV
“Why is this meeting taking so long?” I muttered. I was only physically present at the meeting, none of the things they discussed entered my head. This was the first time going on a date with Cassandra and this meeting just wanted to ruin things for me.
Finally, the meeting ended, with the speed of light I hurried to my car and drove off to the house but unfortunately, there was too much traffic on the road, I had to take a longer way just to get to the house on time.
Finally, I got home, I looked at my watch and I was already late. Mother and the children were still outside enjoying the cool air and calmness of the atmosphere. The atmosphere was enveloped with hues of warmth and the calm breeze carried the scents of the flowers.
