Adrian's POV
I step on the gas pedal and drive faster than ever. I used my side mirror to check Sophia, and it seemed she was still in pain.
This mission, I am sure, is not going the way she planned it to be.
My men all follow behind me, knowing my decisions and time management fully. Sophia morphs into her wolf form and starts chasing me.
She comes close to the car and extends a claw out of her, trying to burst one of the tires. I drive faster, and she misses it by a swipe. She growls at me angrily and continues chasing me again. This time, instead of trying to get the tires, she chases me till she is beside me. In her frenzied state, I knew she would not hesitate to try to pull me out of the car because it seemed as though that is exactly what she knew I was trying to do.
