From the tiny kitchen window, I peek out into the dining hall. I am able to catch a glimpse of the Queen, but only of her backside. I can see the loose golden blonde curls that belong to her. Also, I can see her slender, elegant frame. Even just seeing her sitting in the dining hall, her imposing aura radiates so much power. I can see all the other wolves at the table looking at her with either admiration or a tiny bit of fear…
She has got them all wrapped around her finger, I can tell. I suppose that is a Queen’s charm. Sometimes a wave of vanilla and cherry blossom hits my nose. I don’t think I have ever smelled anything nicer. Must be one of the female wolves’ perfume… I sweep my eyes across the room until they land on Luna Isla. I sigh.
