I forget about everything that is around me as I look into her eyes, and I feel a bond snap into place. Luna Isla enters the room and locks the door behind her. She slowly walked up to me. I am drawn to her like a magnet yet at the same time frozen in my place. I cannot form any words, nor can I move my body. A lump has formed in my throat. She is just so mesmerizing, so beautiful.

Luna Isla looks up into my face as she halts in front of me. She takes my face in between her hands and starts kissing me. I hesitated at first, but the bond is too strong. I have never felt anything like this before and I can only give in to everything she wants. Her plump lips taste like the sweetest candy and I think I have found the stairway to heaven when her tongue enters my mouth. Our tongues are dancing around one another, caught in a beautiful song. While still kissing, we walked towards the chair behind her desk. She gently pushes me down on the chair. Luna Isla straightens herself and I feel coldness and disappointment wash over me. To my surprise, however, she took a step back and started to undress herself. All the time, she holds my gaze and I feel myself becoming painfully hard. I can read the lust in her eyes and the way she undresses herself is the most seductive act I have ever witnessed. Luna Isla licks her lips and looks at me intensely. It takes a little while to gain my composure back... After a couple of minutes staring into emptiness, I realize that I am still in the Luna’s office, naked, and that I needed to get out of here as soon as possible. I grab my clothes from the floor and get dressed quickly. I take another deep breath and walk out of her office, acting as if nothing happened here.

I am in a daze, in a trance… What has just happened? How can Luna Isla be my mate? Does she have two mates? Wouldn’t Alpha Nate feel her betrayal? At that instant, I feel really, really scared. I could never challenge Alpha Nate or even fight him, I wouldn’t stand a chance. Alpha Nate is strong, fierce and ruthless when fighting. What if he challenges me to death if he knows about what happened between Luna Isla and me? I also feel shame of betraying my alpha… I am at a complete loss.

A few tears stream down my face because I feel so twisted about the events of the past hour. How can your Moon Goddess given mate feel so right and wrong at the same time? Even worse, when she is around, I do not have an ounce of self-control. I try to steady my breath and decide to take one hour at a time. A quick glance at the clock tells me that I have about an hour before I am expected in the dining hall for dinner.

“Do not worry my friend, we will figure this out together”. Okeanos says, in an attempt to calm me down.

“I just do not know how to face her, or Alpha Nate, after what happened”. I replied, still panicked.

“I understand. For now, let’s just pretend nothing has happened and try to find out what the Alpha knows”. He says, clearly calmer than I am.

“Okeanos, do you understand how Luna Isla can have two fated mates?”, I asked him, knowing that he is probably a way older soul than I am.

“To be honest, I have never heard of this before except with twins or triplets. We will have to talk to her about this and not jump to any conclusions before.” He replies, starting off confused, but towards the end of his sentence, his state of mind turns hopeful.

I nod, still feeling conflicted about whether I am happy I have found my mate. For now, I decide that the answer is yes. I start getting myself ready for dinner and the excitement rises again. The closer it gets to the full moon, the more power and energy I feel coursing through my body.
