  JUSTICE   Victor Green always believed he would see it coming.   The end.   The downfall.   The moment everything collapsed.   He imagined it would be dramatic.   Predictable.   Something he could stop.   He was wrong.   The arrest happened on a Tuesday morning.   At exactly 8:13 a.m.   Victor was drinking coffee when the doorbell rang.   The sound annoyed him.
