Emery's POV
Silas took me to his bedroom, sat me down on the bed while he sat directly opposite to stare at me. I had no idea what was going on in his mind and I was scared to talk. He looked possessed, I don't know. But he had this dark aura emanating from him . The energy, it wasn't giving what Silas would pass. I stared at him closely, was it possible for someone to hide who they really were that well? Or was he finally being consumed by the dark? You know due to not having a mate? But he was just twenty one. That should not in any way happen to him. Logan stayed forty five years without a mate and he was doing perfectly fine. Why should his be any different?
