Seeing Emery in this condition would break and make her feel sad, she might blame me for not being able to do anything when she was being abducted and I couldn't bear that
On the fifth day, she spoke “Can I get a glass of water?“ She asked, her eyes staring directly at the ceiling. She couldn't move either, but I was glad that she could now speak. That was progress.
