Rembrary's pov I pulled myself to a seat, pouring out a glass of hennessy without double thoughts as I sat. I poured the whole content down my throat in one goal, delighting in the tightness of the hard liquor against my throat as it washed through. This may serve as a better way to clear my mind of the unsettling thoughts of how my life has turned out to be. I filled another glass, but Alex cleared his throat in an attempt to call my attention. “You may want to listen to me with a clear head.” I scoffed. “What is it you want to tell me about that I don't already know of? I trust you did a great job so how about we just drink over it?’’ I answered uninterestedly, grabbing the glass to gulp the whole content again when he spoke. ‘‘Yeah I did, but not completely this time around.’’
