A loud bang reverberated through the room, making my heart jump. I quickly sat up on the bed as the door was crashed into again. My breath hitched in my throat as I watched in a mixture of horror and surprise as the wooden door broke off its hinges. The door crashed down to reveal an angry-looking Maximo.
