I entered room 101 to see the teenager, Pamela, who is scared of injection. We've discharged her, and she's going home. Aproaching them I began to do funny things about how she does when they are giving her injections. I mimicked her expressions and movements, making funny faces and sounds.
The girl and her family laughed over it. "Dr. Donald, you're so funny. You're making me to laugh!'’
The girl's mother spoke up, "Thank you, Dr. Donald. My daughter told us how you helped her to overcome fear, she used to be really scared of taking injections, i'm grateful for your help that made her change and now she feels more at ease taking injections. Thank you doctor.'’
