In the months that followed my coronation, everything was perfect. Nathan had marked me, and I was officially his. I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulder after carrying around such a heavy burden for all of my life, dealing with the rogues and their silly little game. I had learned so much about myself, I had grown so much and finally settled in life – nothing could break the serenity that surrounded my in these moments.
