Don’t freak out, don’t freak out! You kissed him—it’s not a big deal. It was just a kiss. Except… it wasn’t just a kiss. The man showed me a sunset, held me like I mattered, looked at me like I was his whole world. How could I not kiss him? Now here I am, in the shed behind the pack house where my clothes are, trying—and failing—to get dressed while I spiral.
