"Now. It's time to go home." The figure answered and from the shadows, a pair of bright red eyes shone. "How do you feel though?" The young lady asked, taking a step forward towards the figure sitted on the throne. She was careful in her approach, as if though she was scared of what might happen if she walked fast. The eyes of the figure had gone dark and no longer shine bright red. "I would feel better once everything falls into place." The deep and powerful voice answered her. "And they will, they definitely will." The young lady ascertained with an evil smirk on her face. *** The rays of the early morning sunshine rested on the beautiful and innocent face of Kaylee. Despite the face blind she had on, Kaylee knew it was day time already as she felt the heat that came with the sunshine on her face. Heaving a sigh as she got up, she went over to the curtains and opened them completely, thereby letting in the full rays of the sun. She still had on her PJs which was just a simple top and baggy shorts of the same material. She had no bra on and this made her n*****s obvious through the top, despite not wearing bra, her averagely big breasts stood firm and upright in the top. Walking over to her mirror, it was obvious she wore no panties under the shorts as her ass jiggled to the left and right with little or no effort put in. Sitting in front of the mirror, she starred into it but wasn't aware of anything; she was already lost in thought. Thoughts of Tyler if she was been honest with herself. A few months ago, she had promised herself never to fall in love with any guy that came her way due to how badly her last relationship ended and for the last few weeks and months she had kept that promise with all her might only for Tyler the new transfer student to make her think twice without even putting any effort. "Remember why you made the promise Kaylee." She said to herself in a low tone. She knew quite alright her promise to herself was to keep her heart safe but here she was, willing to put it at risk by handing it over to someone she barely even knows, a complete stranger. She would have to be more cautious of Tyler if she planned on holding on to her promise. Snapping out of her thoughts, Kaylee stood up and entered the bathroom to have her bathe. Roughly after half an hour, she steps out back with a white towel she had wrapped around her chest, which reached not half of her thighs. After another half an hour had gone by, Kaylee emerges from the stairs which connected the upstairs to the ground floor. She lived with her parents in a duplex apartment and it was built in such a way that out of all the bedrooms, only Kaylee's room was located upstairs. Emerging from the stairs, Kaylee sights her parents sitting at the dining table, they were engrossed in a conversation leaving their breakfast to get cold. "Good morning Dad, good morning Mum." Kaylee greeted as she approached them, snapping them out of whatever discussion they were having that had them so engrossed they even didn't notice her approaching. "Good morning sweetie. How was your night?" Her dad asked, putting on a smile as he now shifted his gaze from his wife to his daughter. She was indeed very beautiful, just like her mother. She wore a blue fitted jeans which brought out her hips and the moderately big shape of her ass, with a white fitted top which had designs on it. Her blonde hair was neatly packed in a circle style and rested on the top of her head. "It was fine Dad." Kaylee answered as she settled into a seat that placed her at the left side of her dad and directly opposite her mum. The dining room wasn't that big but was okay for an average family of four. The dining table which was rectangular in shape was placed at the center of the dining room with four chairs placed at each side. The chairs were brown and had been beautifully crafted from fine polished woods. She began to dish her own breakfast from the big plate that was at the middle. Suddenly she noticed her mum had been oddly quiet, taking her gaze off the food she was dishing she looked at her mum and saw her eyes looking uneasy. "Are you okay mum? What's wrong?" Kaylee asked dropping the spoon she held in her hand into the plate. She had a soft spot for her mum and would do anything to make her happy. Seeing her looking lost and uneasy already made Kaylee loose her appetite. Mr Smith placed his right hand on his wife's hand and gently squeezed it. "It's okay honey" he said to his wife almost in a whisper. "Dad what's going on? What's wrong?" Kaylee asked her Dad, her anxiety was now over the roof. Kaylee had a habit of getting curious and anxious very easily and had subsequently tried to avoid situations which made her behave like that, unfortunately for her this one was unavoidable. "We got word this morning that your aunt Mary passed away." Mr. Smith unveiled the saddening news to their daughter. Kaylee's heart sank to her knees. Over the recent years she hadn't been that close to Mary again due to reasons that were kept from her by Mary and her parents but she still held on fondly to the memories they shared together when she was much younger. Kaylee took a look at her mum again, it was one thing to loose a family member, it was another to loose your twin. She wondered how her mum was taking the news. Not funny no doubt. "I'm so sorry mum." Kaylee let out with a low yet affection filled tone as she goes and hug her mum. "Thank you baby." Mrs. Smith finally spoke as she placed her head on Kaylee's chest and held on to her hand. Kaylee was already beginning to run late for school but she didn't care; her mum needed all the emotional support she could get right now and she was ready to help anyway she could. "You should be getting ready for school Kaylee." Mr. Smith said after a few minutes of silence had taken over the dining room. "But mum.." Kaylee began but was interrupted. "Will be fine. I'm not going to leave her side." Mr. Smith cut in. "I promise." He added with a smile. Taking another glance at her mum, Kaylee sighed and carried her bag and left the house. Few minutes after Kaylee left the house, silence took over once again but not for long. "We can't let them have her Mike." Mrs. Smith began tears threatening to slide down through her tear duct. "We can't let the council have her." She added sobbing gently "I know, I know. We'll think of something" Mr. Smith said as he pulled his wife in for an embrace. *** It was break time at Beginners High and a couple of students trooped in and out of the cafeteria to get what they would eat for lunch. Some stayed behind to eat in there while some only got their desired lunch and headed out. Among those who stayed behind to eat was Kaylee. Her tray of food was in her front but she has barely touched the food and was lost in thought. "What did they mean by they can't let them have her? Was she the person they were referring too? Who of what was the council?" All these were the questions that roamed Kaylee's mind as she sat alone. She had forgotten her pen and was about to enter her house back when she overhead the conversation between her parents. What exactly were they keeping from her? Was it all related to her aunty and her sudden death? Heaving a heavy sigh, Kaylee felt defeated as she could not even provide a single answer to all the questions that troubled her. "Hey sorry is this seat taken?" A male voiced asked pulling her out of her drowning thoughts. She was about to give a negative answer but decided to take a look at the strange yet slightly familiar voice. Looking up she saw him beaming a cute smile at her, a smile that changed her mind. "No it's not." She answered beaming a weak yet beautiful smile back him. "Okay thank you." Tyler said as he sat down on the only empty seat beside her with his food in his hands. "Kaylee right?" Tyler inquired as a way to ignite a conversation. Of course he didn't forget her name but the silence that surrounded them was beginning to get awkward. "That's me." Kaylee affirmed with a chuckle. Kaylee was not in the mood for chit chat due to what had happened in her home that morning and coupled with the fact that she didn't want to loose her guard with Tyler yet something was telling her to. Maybe she could use him to take her mind of her aunt's death. Wouldn't hurt to try would it? She thought in her mind. "So what brings you to Beginners High?" Kaylee asked taking over the reins of the conversation. "Football." Tyler answered. "Highsky High isn't exactly known for its sports promoting prowess." He added. "That's true. Hope you're finding your feet here already." "It's too early to say but I'm going to give it my best." Tyler said full of confidence. Something about this girl just wants him to be a better person all round. And that he couldn't place his hands on what exactly it was, it was driving him crazy low-key. "How about you? I'm guessing you've been here from the very beginning." Tyler asked, now shifting the conversation to her. "That's correct." She answered, he was a good guesser because she had not made it obvious she went to the school from day one. "Although It feels like my first day every single day." She added with a low tone but not too low for Tyler not to hear. Tyler couldn't just keep his eyes of Kaylee. He had abandoned his food and was feeding his eyes on Kaylee's beauty. Something about her was sad and gloomy but her innocent beauty still shone through. "Well why's that?" He asked in a low tone too. Kaylee made to answer when suddenly the door of the cafeteria burst open. All heads went towards the door as Brian Swayers walked in with a group of guys following closely behind him. Everyone stopped whatever it is they were doing and focused on Brian; he had their attention even without doing anything. Tyler noticed how Kaylee's attention suddenly shifted from their conversation to the door of the cafeteria, tracing her gaze, his eyes lands on Brian too. He takes a look back at Kaylee and noticed how engrossed she was just looking at Brian with eyes of affection yet with underlying sadness. "Who was this guy to her?" Tyler thought in his mind. Kaylee was already in another realm as she fixed her gaze on Brian, making it look as if he was walking in slow motion. Kaylee took all the details about him into her head, the way his face stretched into a big smile as he greeted some of his friends, the way his black hair was neatly trimmed and barbed that added to his handsomeness, the way his eyes met with hers and how he started walking towards her. Suddenly snapped out of her thoughts. "What is he coming to do here???" Kaylee screamed in her mind. "Good morning." Brian greeted her. How did he get here so fast? She wondered. "Good morning." She greeted back, stylishly avoiding his gaze. "Who's the new friend?" He asked, referring to Tyler. "The name's Tyler and you just interrupted our conversation." Tyler shot at him. Something about Brian wasn't sitting well with him and coupled with how Kaylee had acted when she saw him, it made him dislike him the more. "Seems we have a talker here." Brian said and beamed an evil smile. Noticing the growing tension between the two guys, it was then Kaylee raised her eyes to look at him.
