A dark dressed figure stood with their head down in a large, dimly lit office. A growl of a voice came from the high backed chair behind the desk.
“You’d better have good news “
The figure standing before the man at the desk knelt before him.
“My apologies sir, the girl was not able to be apprehended.”
The sound of shattering caused him to flinch as a bourbon glass on the edge of the desk exploded into tiny shards that shot across the room.
“That is twice now you've failed me. How hard can it be to incapacitate a 19 year old female wolf long enough to bring her here!”
