As my temperature rises, so does my fear, if any of the unmated wolves find out that I'm in heat, I won't be able to stop them. My anguish is growing by the second, and on top of that Alpha Landon is ready to mate with me any minute, if I am in heat I won't be able to fight him.
I miss Colt, I need his touch and comfort, I wonder if he is even thinking about me or if he really moved on with Pam, I haven't forgotten how he was kissing her in his office, he was enjoying that moment, forgetting about me, he didn't care that I was still in the house, that I hadn't even rejected him yet, I believed him, but the worst part is that I want him, that I now know that it is him and only him the one I belong to, my heart belongs to him.
