Sleeping was not a necessity for Dimas, she could go a full week without requiring rest, but when sleep came it took her for an entire day. She hated resting, if it was one thing, she could control she would. For every time she lay to rest something would happen that required her assistance, just like this morning. A constant caw sound was coming from outside her window followed by tapping against the glass. She knew it was one of her crows, but by gods, if she didn’t need that bird, it would be ash right now.
