"Why did you say that?" Ryan asked his hands in his pocket.
"I was leaving the house… for God knows how long and she didn't even bother to tell me goodbye. She's like my only family and as a mother to me….she could have at least acted worried even though she isn't" Mia said.
"You….you're upset because she didn't tell you goodbye?" Ryan asked, finding it hard to understand the woman in front of him…..
She is upset for all the wrong reasons!...why are women so complicated?
"Is that too much to ask?" Mia shot back, glaring at him
Ryan shook his head immediately
"At all. It's the least of requests…expectation.." he said.
Mia wiped her chin.
"I am not going to talk to her again…..how could she be so nice to you and be an angry mob with me? It's so unfair" Mia whined.
