Chapter 6: Meeting if the Alphas

Im starting to shake with how intense everyone is. I guess I am sweating too because Derek hands me a napkin and some water. Im not sure if I will ever be able to dit calmly like King Jax is right now.

Can I be worthy of him? I still don't know what he has planned, but it must be big.

We are sitting in the Alpha's office. Its the current Alpha, Trev's dad, Nathan, Trev, King Jax, Derek, myself, and 1 of the elders. The air is thick with the perfume from Luna Vicky and Trev's girlfriend Monica. I am actually starting to get a head ache.

Alpha Nathan: So we are here Jax, what can we all help you with?"

King Jax: That is no way to address me, I am your King, or have you no respect?"

I smirk, but quickly try to go back to a calm face....Im not sure if I achieved that.

King Jax: I came to tell you that I have found my mate in your pack. That when I leave to go home, I will be taking her with me."

Alpha Nathan: Well go on, who is it?"

King Jax: It is Abril, she is my mate."

Trev: NO SHE ISN'T! SHE IS MY TOY!" He growled.

Alpha Nathan: You could have anyone you want. Why would you consider her, this pathetic creature who doesn't even have a real name?"

I sniffled, I was hoping that one day I could take my mate's name and finally be complete. My mother never told me our family name, so I could never know where I came from.

Angel: You shouldn't let these people hurt you anymore. Our mate is strong, he will protect us."

King Jax: Do not talk about my mate that way! HOW DARE YOU! She is amazing and you are all to blind to see it. I came and told you of my plans and that is that. ARE YOU CLEAR!"

Trev: NO!!!! She is mine, I will fight you for her."

King Jax is so quick, I don't think any one saw it happen. He had Trev pinned to the wall by his neck. King Jax looks back at Alpha Nathan and says, I will kill him if you can't keep him in check.

Alpha Nathan: Please don't kill my son, I will do anything!"

He yells for the guards to take Trev to the dungeon. King Jax reaches for my hand and we all walk out of the office.

I look up at my mate. He is amazing and I start to cry because I'm the luckiest girl in the world.
