FUCK!!! I screamed mad as hell, It was going on eight-thirty and Ni's ass still wasn't home, I had been calling and texting her since five, she usually leaves the office and comes home, if she doesn't go to the gym. I knew she didn't plan on going to the gym today though because it was Monday and that's usually her busiest day in the office. Tossing my phone on the kitchen island I opened the liquor cabinet above the refrigerator, I told Ni I would stop drinking but I was just so stressed out, I had a long ass day at the gym and I was hungry as hell, and I wanted more than anything to slide into something wet and warm, but where was this b***h when I needed her most, of course, she was nowhere to be found, poring another shot of Hennessey I took it straight to the head. This was about my tenth shot since I'd been home and if she didn't come home soon I would take the whole bottle to the head. Picking my phone up off the island I sat down and started scrolling through i********:. I had tons of new notifications on the picture I posted.

Looking at all these broads show me love made me feel a little bit better but not really, my b***h should've been home. Just as that thought entered my mind I heard the kitchen door open from the garage, finally, I thought aloud. Looking straight at the door Ni looked right at me, she honestly looked scared as f**k, which I thought was a  little comical. Where the f**k you been Ni? I asked raising my voice, jumping a little she opened her mouth to speak. " umm I was helping my assistant with something, she was having a few personal problems and she really needed my help" she said slightly stuttering. Walking now completely into the kitchen she set her things on the island. " Actually I was going to ask you if it was okay for her to stay here for a little while until she got settled in her new apartment?" What kind of personal problems she having? I still have never met her I don't want any random b***h in my house. I said honestly. 

"Derrick listen you don't have to give me an answer right now, but by the end of the week can you let me know please?"

The entire five years Niyla has had her own business Derrick has not stepped foot into her office, he knows what she does but that's about it, Niyla doesn't like mixing personal with the business so she doesn't have a single picture of Derrick in her office, so Derrick and Kelsey have never met.

In the last two years he's been so busy getting his gym off the ground he didn't really care about her work, as long as she was helping him out with the gym that's all he cared about. Niyla decorated his entire gym, and paid for everything Derrick didn't put any input in at all as far as the design, he mostly just promoted it and went on a few promo tours to make sure when he opened he'd be making money. Since the gym has been open for the last year he has made over 3.3 million dollars, it's a luxury gym that caters to most athletes and celebrities. Niyla gave him 1.7 million to open it and he told her he'd pay her every penny back. But of course, he has yet to pay her back.  Niyla's company has made her millions of dollars, the first year she spent getting her name out there and doing tons of promotional work for free just to show people how amazing she was at her job, her first huge job was designing a baby shower for a big celebrity couple. After that, her company took off never looking back.

Derrick listen you don't have to give me an answer right now, now but by the end of the week can you let me know, please? I pleaded with him giving him my huge puppy dog eyes in hopes that he'd say yes. I just wanted Kels to be comfortable and with him being okay with her I know she'd feel better about staying here. Not waiting for him to respond I grabbed a water from the fridge and headed up to our room to take a shower.  Walking into my room I felt completely calm I loved being in my room, I swear it was the only place in the house that I don't have at least one bad memory. Walking to my side of the bed I kicked off my shoes and hopped into bed pulling my cell phone out of my back pocket. Plugging it into the charger I had sitting on my nightstand, I wanted to charge it before I got into the shower so I could listen to music. Hopping down from my bed I went to shut the bedroom door, walking towards the door I heard the intro music to 2k19 so I knew Derrick probably wouldn't be bothering me for the remainder of the night.  Closing the door tightly I headed to my bathroom that was connected to my room, looking for a hair tie to put my hair up, finding one I put my hair into a huge messy curly bun.  I took my clothes off and tossed them into the hamper, catching a glimpse of my body in the mirror, I use to love myself but as of lately I was so self-conscious Derrick would always tell me how I needed to work out or maybe not eat so much. My phone dinging broke me from my concentration, grabbing my robe I went back into my bedroom to see who it was, by this time it was well after nine o'clock and I knew it couldn't be about work and besides work and Derrick, no one really texted or called me picking up my phone I seen it was a text from Kelsey...

Kelsey- Hey Ni, I just wanted to say thank-you so much for today you don't understand how amazing it was having someone on my side for once. You truly are an amazing person.  

Niyla- Awww of course Kels <3 I'm always going to be here I wish you'd come to me sooner I would have helped you. Please don't ever feel like you are alone. 

Kelsey- Well I know that now, I'm going to call the clinic tomorrow morning and schedule an appointment for ASAP. I'll text you in the morning and let you know. 

Niyla- Okay that sounds good, don't worry about work tomorrow just email me a copy of my schedule and I'll take care of it. 

Niyla- Get some rest honey I'll talk to you in the morning! Good Night!

After sending the last text to Kelsey, I closed my eyes promising myself that id get up in fifteen minutes to get in the shower.......
