As Kayley began sipping on the bottle of water, Jules began to take her blood pressure. Kayley cuddled into me, so I wrapped my arms around her. She was so frightened, she was still shaking, though not as bad as when there were men in the room, which is totally understandable. She needs to learn to trust men again.
“Well, your blood pressure is good. Is your wolf still with you, and how is she,” Jules asked Kayley.
