Alexandra’s POV-
I rolled over in bed, slowly waking up. I wrapped my arm around Nicholas’s chest, and gave him a little squeeze, as I snuggled into him. But I let go immediately, and sat up, after he winced in pain. I threw the covers off of him, to find him laying in a pair of basketball shorts, with bruises all over his torso, face, hands, legs, and arms. He groaned, his eyes still closed, trying to pull me back, “Please your touch is soothing.”
“What the hell happened,” I growled.
His eyes slowly opened, and met my gaze, “Sparring got a little out of hand. Jordan and Daniel came down and joined us. Jordan is a great fighter.
