His Perfect Warrior

Chapter 4

Zarina

I am sitting in his office while the old head of security is talking to him, but I’m not focused. I can only think about how we kissed last night. Me, kissing the Alpha. Me toying with him. Girl did you forget that you’re mated to him? I ignore my wolf.

The meeting is over and my first official task of being his head of security is about to start. I have to pick my team. The former head warrior tells me that my new uniform is in the pack house locker room. He tells me to change into it then to meet them on the field to pick the team. Jake sits there just staring at me. And when I catch him he pretends that he’s working. Before I exist the room I bow to him, since no one really knows.

I head to the locker room, and on the way there many of the other she wolves are whispering about me. I just ignore them and hold my head up. Even tho Scarlett is growling at them. Once in the locker room I see the uniform folded up on the counter with my name one it. I grab it and exhale. Here we go.

Jake

I approach the warriors on the field, with Levi next to me. They bow their heads then return to attention. I head over to the high ranking warriors and wait for Zarina.

“Warriors! As you know one of you has been chosen to take my place. And per standard procedures they may choose a new team. So allow me to introduce the new head of security, Zarina Black!” Matthias announces. And then she approaches us. She has on a black spandex jumpsuit. What the hell? Don’t get me wrong she looks sexy as hell in it. But it seems more like something a female hero in an action movie would wear. And she doesn’t look to please about it as well.

“Fellow warriors. Most of you know me, but for those who don’t. My name is Zarina Black, and I am extremely grateful to be not only protecting our Alpha but head of his security. Since I know how most of you train and your strengths and weaknesses, no testing is needed. I will be picking to day my team of 5 today. When I say your name please step forward.” She said so confident, and proud. Like a true alpha. Mate will make a good Luna. For once I agree with you, Shilo. My wolf is practically panting for her.

“Colt Jackson, Andrew Murphy, Alexandria Hayes, Shawn Cunningham, and James Higgins. Please meet me in the pack house conference room. The rest of you are dismissed. Congratulations.” She says empty, and turns on her heel and leaves. No doubt heading to the conference room. I start after her and at this point I’m practically running to catch up to her. Once I catch up to her I walk in front of her stopping her.

“Zarina before we go to the conference, let’s talk in my office. Privately.” I say and give her a hungry eyes look. She nods and we continue to walk. We reach my office and I open the door for her, follow her in and I lock the door. Once I turn around I just stand there staring at her large and perfect ass.

“Ugh! Can I take this thing off now?” She asks while sighing, throwing her head back and slightly unzipping it. I walk up behind her. Put my hands on your hips and allow her head to lay on my shoulder barley since I tower over her. I put my head on her shoulder and start to kiss on her neck.

“Mmm, yes please.” I say in between kisses.

She just laughs and I can feel her calming down, and I can smell her getting turned on.

“Jake, I need to-“

“Shh.” I put my hand over her mouth and turn her around so she’s facing me, I start kissing on her neck again. Paying close attention to the area I will mark one day. And when I graze over it with my lips she whimpers on my arms.

“Good girl. Now you may go.” I say and let go of her. I can tell she’s mad.

“d**k! Getting me all worked, and now I have to go into a room like this.” She says and waves a hand over her area. All I do is smile and open the door for her.

Zarina

I walk into the conference room and everyone stands. Then Jake walks in and everyone bows.

Respect I like it. Jake and I both sit at the head of the table, once we sit everyone else sits.

“Right, let’s get down to the point.” I say and shuffle the papers in front of me. I tell everyone their assignments. Who’s second in command and all that. The meeting when is over I dismissed everyone else and it’s just Jake and myself in the room.

“You handled that perfectly darlin’.” He says and places his hand on my thigh. I turn my head and look at him. Exhaling a breath I had forgotten that I was holding. The look in his eyes is proud. I can’t help but smile at him and put my hand on top of his.

“Let’s have dinner tonight again sweetheart. We can go back into the human territory. Please.” He said and the look in his eyes changed to a more of a begging look.

“Yes I would like that. But may I change please?” I say returning the look.

“Yes of course. I’ll come with you. Nothing fancy so I’m already dressed.”

“Ah, ok. I have to warn you though my apartment is small and kind of messy.”

“Oh please. I’m not snobby. Let’s go.” He stands and pulls my chair out, then offers me his hand. I smile back at him and take his hand. We start walking throughout the pack house, and now everyone is nodding at him and I. Mostly him, but that’s fine with me. As soon as we get to the front doors of the pack house his phone rings.

“It’s my father I need to take this.” He says as he answers his phone. I walk over to the benches to give him some privacy but to keep him in my view. I can only hear what he’s saying. Things like, “no dad that’s not it.” And “I understand.” He says his good byes to his father and walks towards me.

“I’m sorry about that. Come on we are going to take my bike tonight.” He says to me and pulls his keys out.

“I didn’t know you ride.”

“Yes dear, although my bike is a little bit more on the classic side of you will.” He says as we approach a 2017 Indian Cheiftain Limited. It’s a dark blue, with black accents. Absolutely gorgeous.

“Oh wow. It’s beautiful.” I told him admiring the bike. He just stood back admiring me absolutely looking my s**t over this bike. He finally walks over to the bike and pulls two half shell helmets out of the saddle bags. He hands one to me as he is putting his on. Once his helmet is on he straddles the bike, and puts the key in. When the engine turns over it’s an hypnotic sound that comes out of the pipes. He steadies the bike, kicks the kickstand and pats the seat behind him all in one move.

“Well, come on.” He says. As soon as I’m about to get on I realize I forgot my backpack with my other clothes keys, phone, everything.

“s**t. I forgot my backpack!” I tell him almost yelling over the bike.

“I’ll have Levi run it over.” He pulls out his phone and immediately texts Levi.

“Ok, he’s going to meet us at your place.”

“How does he-“ I start to say then he interrupts me.

“It’s in your file him and I did on you remember? Now let’s go.” He says once more and pat the seat again. I straddle the bike and put my hands around his waist. I can feel a vibration coming from his chest. A very pleasing one. He puts the bike in gear and off we go.
