When Chairman Jeng was presented with the papers found in the container, he was skeptical about the idea that the CIA was behind the loss of the Chinese net in the U.S., or that Dragon had committed suicide, but someone had gone to a lot of trouble to make him think that was the case … or did they?
He digested the contents of the damning evidence, but was sure the CIA was not behind the loss of the net; his plants inside that organization would have warned him about such an action long before it occurred.
