Darque was able to monitor the movements of the surveillance team from the air while flying to the drop-off point for his encounter with Dragon, and everything was going the way he had anticipated.
During the conversation in Dragon’s car that was being monitored, Dragon told his driver that after they stopped to eat dinner and drove to the container site, he was to drive the car back to the compound and await reassignment to another dignitary.
The team would stay in contact with the target vehicle to make sure the driver complied with the instructions to ensure it wasn’t a code of some kind to return to the location.
