Chapter Seven Things were a bit tense at UN Headquarters in New York. A Russian missile had been used to bring down a Chinese plane about to land in North Korea (even though everyone involved claimed the loss was due to mechanical failure). China was missing one of its scientists, North Korea was ranting about going to war with South Korea over the incident, and the rest of the world didn’t seem to be aware, or care, that anything had happened. Shortly after the crash, Chen Wong (Cover Name: Dragon) the security officer of the Chinese delegation in the UN, received orders from Beijing to try to locate a woman named SunHee Nham and determine her whereabouts.
