Cheng’s call to Dragon was short. He had located and followed SunHee’s car to a residential area near Staunton. He expected to take her into custody, or eliminate her later that evening. If too many people were present, or some other unforeseen incident preventing the woman’s immediate seizure arose, he would continue the pursuit until it was safe to deal with her.
The message contained several pictures of the house to which SunHee had driven and entered, and he forwarded them to a member of his staff who would be given the responsibility of getting rid of everyone living there should it become necessary.
Dragon was pleased with the news, and reported SunHee’s imminent capture to Wang Yunshan in the Chinese Central Committee. In return, he received praise for such quick act
