“From the message traffic we’ve been intercepting, we have less than a month to plan for the transportation of the weapons. The Russian missile will leave first because it’s going by ship to Iran, and all the Chinese have to do is drive theirs across the border to the launch site in North Korea. Construction has already begun on the two firing positions, but no notice has been taken by any other country of the ongoing construction, maybe because the locations don’t look like launch pads. We know North Korea and Iran already have surface to surface missiles and mobile launchers, but the missiles in question are larger, require special handling, and have a longer range.”
