Back in the Lycan Blood Pack, people would often refer to Aaron as the twin’s shadow. He was always a step behind either of them, according to some of the pack members that would talk to me as I settled into the new territory. He never stood out, as people would never look at him over the twins.
An important note they mentioned: Aaron was Allison’s friend, not Landon’s. Landon had no friends.
As I grew closer to them, I realized this was not necessarily true. Landon and Aaron were friends. It was just hard to notice unless you knew Landon. Landon considered Aaron a friend, and up until now, I had thought Aaron was the same.
