Andrew was waiting for them by the front of the Emerald Lake pack house as they arrived. The guards on the gate had waved them straight through but had obviously notified Andrew but not Drew about their arrival, probably at James’ insistence.
“I see your meal last night went very well and you have persuaded Rose to give you a chance.” Andrew said smiling at his youngest son who nodded back emphatically.
“Actually it was you that persuaded me to give him a chance.” Rose confessed. “I can’t resist a man who can breakdance.” James groaned at her words and shot daggers at his father.
“Of course you told her that.” He rolled his eyes in mock frustration. “Is everyone around? I suppose I have to let Drew know that he was right at some point.”
