Freya’s POV Arriving at the courthouse downtown, I saw a large group of reporters meandering around. Was there some kind of case I wasn’t aware of today? Slamming the car door, I strode up the stairs to the skyscraper, shimmering with all its windows in the afternoon light reflecting off nearby buildings. My lawyer, Grace, met me at the top of the stairs just inside the doors. “It is nice to see you. I was hoping to catch you before you left.” Grace shot out a hand to shake mine. “Good to see you.
