I still can’t believe I snuck out of my house. This is a first for me. I can’t say the same for the rest of the girls. As we make our way to the club entrance, The Madd Hatter, I notice the three girls have a sort of confidence that I don’t. Luciana, Lana, and Angela have all gone out to bars or clubs before. This is literally the first time I step out of my bubble.
Luciana hands over the fake IDs to the brawny bouncer, and I feel like I might have a heart attack. The bouncer takes all four of our IDs with his meaty hand. He only glances at each ID, and I doubt he is taking his ID checking seriously. What he does take seriously is checking us out, one by one.
