Avery's POV
" Wow " This is the only word escaping out of my mouth since I have come here. Such a huge building it is! The glory of this company can be seen by its beautiful and lavish interior and furniture.
Today, is my first interview and that too in Asia's top company so I just a wore a formal knee length dress, a little below my knees. When I came here I was a little bit nexcited but I didn't let those emotions overpower me during the first round of my interview and replied all of their questions confidently. At first, the interviewer was quite surprised to see me maybe because he thought I am young for this job and still pursuing my studies. But soon he got impressed seeing my curriculum vitae, academic reports and after asking ne few questions he gave me a clean chit for the first round.
Right now, my heart is beating at such a pace that it can come out of my mouth any moment. The reason behind such an irregular heart beats of mine is Caleb Wilson. Yes, Caleb Wilson. Now, the second round of interview is going to be taken by him only. After everything that happened yesterday, I am pretty sure that he will not be going to spare me the moment he will see my face and this thought was giving me somer saults inside my stomach.
Oh God! Now my stomach started aching due to nervousness. How much I will have to wait for my turn?
As I was waiting alone for my turn, holding my stomach, to go inside his cabin, the peon announced Number 10 to move inside. Number 10 was my number as there were total 10 candidates who were selected for the second round of interview, my number was the last one and rest of all the candidates already went from there.
My heart beat started beating even more faster now and my stomach ache also started increasing at a faster pace. I was feeling like my body will collapse at any moment and started taking baby steps inside his cabin chanting.
When I knocked on the door of his cabin, he in his stern but at the same time magnificent voice asked me to Come in. I reached inside but his eyes were still sticked to the file and mine on him.
What a mesmerising beauty was sitting in front of me! Just a single look of him and anyone could forget all his worries. I don't know what was so interesting in that file that he was much intrigued in it. So, to break the penance of the ascetic sitting in front of me I spoke:

Caleb's POV
I was busy reading the details of our upcoming project when I heard a sweet voice of a girl. Then I realised I have to take her interview so I shifted my gaze towards her with a smile on my face but as soon as I saw her the muscles of my face twitched and a frown appeared on my face.
" What are you doing over here? " I yelled on her gritting my teeth and stood up on my place pushing the chair behind me. Her facial expressions also changed. She got horrified seeing me like this.
" I.. I.... I have come here for an interview. " She told me in a scared tone looking down.
" Interview" I wondered and soon an evil smirk appeared on my face.
" Come, Sit." I ordered and her brows furrowed in confusion. Soon we both settled down on our seats.
" So, Ms. Avery Jones, Why do you want to work in my company when you have your own company? I asked her raising my brows, playing with a pen.
" Sir, How did you know? " She questioned me in a curious tone.
" I know everything about you Avery, even the things which you yourself don't know. " I whispered looking into her eyes.
" I didn't get you, Sir. " She asked me with the same exasperation.
" You will get to know it soon. Coming back to your interview, you can't get this job. " I replied her sternly.
" But Sir, you have not even interviewed me so how can you do this to me? I know you are still angry on me due to yesterday's incident. But I am really sorry for that, sir. It happened in a heat of moment. I didn't have such an intention. You are my idol sir. I really want to work under your guidance and gain some work experience. " She was literally begging in front of me closing her eyes.
" But... "
" Sir, I will do whatever you will ask me to do. I will even make breakfast for you. " She said interrupting me in between.
" But you... "
" Ok, I will also make lunch and dinner for you. " She again blurted interrupting me.
" Listen you are... " But she again interrupted me.
Now she was getting on my nerves. I ran my fingers on my hair and placed my hand on my forehead.
" Sir, I will even clean your whole house, make your bed, wash your clothes and undies too. Now, please final the deal. " She blurted all that in a go without realising what a great blunder she did.
I immediately shifted my gaze towards her. Words were not forming out of my mouth. Her situation was also no good.
" I... I mean... I mean I will work my level best " She murmured in a low voice.
After composing myself, I continued
" I can't give you any job in marketing department as you have not still completed your masters. "
" But sir, I will complete my degree soon. A good businessman doesn't require any degree. Business needs tactics, skills, talent and experience which can be gained only through practical knowledge. Please sir, give me one chance. I really idolise you a lot. " Her eyes turned glassy.
" Will you please let me complete, Ms. Jones ? I was not over yet. You can't work in the marketing department but you can work as my assistant and gain knowledge about business works. " I answered her completely annoyed due to her continuous bickering and interruption.
" One more thing, I am neither doing any favour on you nor doing this because of your buttering. Your curriculum vitae and academic reports are quite amazing, and you are a very bright student because of that only I am giving you this opportunity. " I stood up on my place to go for a meeting with my clients.
Soon I was hugged by a pair of arms. She was hugging me and jumping in excitement. Her height is quite shorter than mine so her head reached upto my chest only. I was quite surprised by that sudden hug.
" Thank you so much, Sir. Thank you, Thank youuu soooo much. " She squealed in excitement and kissed my cheek. Realising what she did, she immediately break the hug.
Before I could speak anything, she left from there immediately. I placed my right hand on my cheek and wondered what just happened right now.
" This is not going to be easy for both of us. But, now you will reap what you have sown, Avery. "
