" Just stay away from her. Dare you lay a single finger on her body and I will rip your hands out and feed them to my dogs. " I yelled gritting my teeth while pulling her close to my chest.
" Who the hell are you to order me what should I do or what should I not?" He barked pulling Avery towards him.
" That's none of your business. " I yelled pulling her again towards me.
" Everything related to Ava is my business. " He shouted again pulling her back to himself.
" Now.... Who the heck is Ava? " I whisper yelled grabbing her wrist and pulling her away from that jerk.
" Avery Jones... My Ava " He retorted.
I cringed at that nickname.
" Now, they are on nick name terms. Great. Wait.. Did he just say MY Ava? How dare he? "
I marched towards him and grabbed his collars. I was going to punch him on his nose but stopped in middle hearing a voice.
" STOP IT BOTH OF YOU " Avery screamed at the top of her lungs.
" You guys are fighting like a kid and here you call me immature.
First of all, I don't understand why are you guys behaving like this.
Is there any competition going on?
Caleb Sir, Ryan is my best friend. He is no harm to me. So, there is no need to be gaga over him.
And Ryan, he is my boss. He has just come here to ask me about my health. So, you also need not to worry. "
She shouted and I left his collars maintaining a safe distance with him.
" I apologise, it was just a misunderstanding. " I patted my hand on his shoulder while he nodded.
" I think I should leave. It's already late. " I whispered and after greeting them rushed outside.
After Few Hours
The beautiful site of sunset not only marks the end of the day but also the end of all the chaos, confusions, stress, sorrows along with that day.
But this is pure philosophy.. Because in actual life nothing like that happens.
The day ends but not the worries and sorrows which come along with that day.
Right now, I am sitting on a beach reminiscing the days when everything was sorted. When life was not a ride of a rollercoaster, when I was a free bird.
Just like these kids who are busy making sand castles or may be like those couples who are busy making heart on the wet sand.
Unlike me, who is here all alone busy memorizing those golden days.
FLASHBACK...
"I am a free bird Cal. You won't be able to catch me. " She giggled and again started running.
" If that is the case, then I will cut the wings of this bird if she ever tries to leave me. " She stopped in middle and turned around. Her face lost its colour.
" Caught you " I laughed and swirled her around while hugging her tightly.
There was a cute frown on her face as she was unable to comprehend anything.
" Fool... Stop frowning. I tricked you. " I whispered and she started beating me on my chest with her small fist.
" It's cheating. Now I am not going to accept your punishment. " She mumbled crossing her arms around her chest.
" Everything is fair in love and war. Now stop whining and give me my kiss" I spoke taking slow steps towards her.
Her facial muscles got tensed and heartbeats started beating abruptly. With my every move towards her she took two steps back. But our this game come to an when I grabbed her wrist and jerked her towards my body.
" Ca.. Cal. Everybody is watching. " She stuttered as I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her more closer.
" Do you trust me? " I whispered in her ears while her breathing become irregular due to our intense proximity.
" Yes, I do. " She murmured looking straight into my eyes.
I leaned towards her lips ready to claim them. Just a mere inch more and I could easily devour the taste of the world's sweetest dessert. Her eyes automatically closed feeling my breath on her sweet petals.
" My love for you is utterly divine,
Not even this sun has the right
to see my sunshine,
As they all say you are my life line,
So, Lemme show the whole world,
You're Only Mine! "
With these words, I sealed my lips with hers and marked her as Mine.
FLASHBACK ENDS...
" Splash "
My thoughts broke with the splash of water on my face. Some kids were playing in water drenching each other.
I stood up on my place while adjusting my trousers with one hand and on the other holding my shoes.
Every hit of wave on my feet aroused a beautiful memory of hers making my heart clench with all the guilt and grief.
Grief.. Of losing someone.
Grief.. Of not being with her when she needed me the most.
Grief.. Of never able to see her again.
" And it is only because of that Avery. I swear to god I will avenge your death... Love.
Just because of her, you are not with me today.
But now I know how to break her. Last time, I was not able to do anything because I was not able to accept the fact that you are no more. So, her family took that advantage and sent her to London.
" Oh! Avery.... Out of all the people in the world you didn't find anyone else other than me as your role model.
But now this tiny weeny crush of yours will become the reason of your own destruction.
I know you are the one who is sending me those chocolates, roses and love letters.
That is why, today when I was going to meet her I asked DD to give me the bouquet and chocolates which the secret admirer had sent me.
When she received those gifts her expressions were neutral. There was nothing suspicious. But her next words shook the hell out of me.
I knew it that it was her only who claims to be my secret admirer.
At that second only, I wanted to slap hard on her face but then she showed me the love letter which she was reading. She told me that she was just reading the letter.
But the intensity with which she spoke those lines was something out of the world. The craziness which I have seen today on her face when I showed up in her room was not normal.
There is something which I don't know about her and I have to find it as soon as possible. "
