Emerald woke up to find Marek leaning over her. She reached her hand over and pinched his cheek making him scrunch his face and frown at her.
"Hey, what was that for? You are not romantic at all." He said moving away from her while rubbing his cheek.
"Sorry, just wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming." She said with a shrug and a giggle.
"Are you serious?" Marek asked unbelievably, "Aren't you supposed to pinch yourself?"
"No, that would be painful." She said making him laugh.
"Okay, how about this?" he said starting to tickle her. She immediately screeched and hid under the covers. "You like that, huh?" Marek asked continuing to tickle her.
"Stop it." She screamed shaking her head.
"Say Sorry again for pinching my handsome face."
