[Kieran's POV]
It's too soon.
Why did he suddenly show up?
"Speed up. We have to get there as fast as we could," I coldly ordered from my seat as I gritted my teeth and impatiently watched the view of the passing streets through the tinted car window on my side. The car engine rumbled as it rushed against the mild traffic, and I started shaking my leg while I counted the seconds wasted with me just sitting on the backseat. I had to get there right away.
This was all going against my plan. What was that old guy thinking? Why would he meet Georgina like this? She was clearly not anything near significant to us, so why go out of his way just to see and test me like this? I've already told them I could handle it on my own. After such a long time and they still didn't trust me, huh?
