He smiled at me but I didn't know to react.
I found my mate, fought with Tessa and never bothered stopping to say hi
"Mr. Arthur..." I trailed not knowing what to say. I avoided making eye contact "I don't even know how to start"
He remained quiet and watched me as the guilt in me grew
"I'm so sor-" he didn't let me finish
"There is no need to apologize Avery... You had a lot going on" he smiled
I smiled, letting the worry in me flow out
"Wanna talk?" he asked
I nodded
"This isn't the best place to talk though" he looked around
"Yeah... but I can't leave. I'm here with Liam"
"Its okay... he'd understand"
"He might worry"
"Fineeee... I'll mind link him and let him know our location. Can we just go. Its been a while since we talked" he groaned
