Aurora's POV
“Do you know Alvis, Ms. Carter?” Asher’s voice hit my ears causing me to shiver.
I bit my inner cheeks and turned towards him fidgeting my fingers and looking at him with some fear.
Several kinds of thoughts ran into my mind. Why is he asking about him? Does he want to harm him? Or did Alvis do something?
“Tell me, do you happen to know someone named Alvis? If yes, how?” Asher asked.
I blinked my lashes and was about to deny him as I remember Alvis asked me to not disclose anything about him to Asher. Another reason for lying was the fear of getting stuck between these two mysterious guys.
