An uncomfortable silence prevailed in the car since we both came out of the mall purchasing my dress. None of us was even trying to break the ice and focus on ourselves.
Asher was driving masking sternness over his face while I was trying to avert my mind from the scene when I saw him kissing his ex.
Of course, it shouldn't bother me as I promised myself to not get affected. However, I can't help myself from getting hurt.
