I was sitting sipping juice while dipping my leg in the swimming pool and looking at my reflection.
I was making faces and smiling at myself as I could feel my life getting better with each passing day.
Yes, I decided to come inside the resort rather than die on the road. At least here I have a shelter and most importantly I have a chance to survive.
Well, for an hour I am sitting at the pool and spending time with myself and wondering about my future.
However, I can't see anything. My future is blank just like my present.
“Can I join you, Ms. Carter?” Asher came with a wine glass in his hand and sat beside me removing his shoes and socks. He dipped his feet in the water and smiled looking at his reflection.
