Explanations and Revelations
Back in the warehouse, the b****y battle had come to an end. Trish grabbed her ribs with one hand and struggled with her fingernails and teeth to crawl to the exit. Around her, dead bodies of people and darxies were lying here and there. She also distinguished some known people, such as Hercules and the bartender, who gave the orders during the conflict.
Trish gathered all her remaining strength and tried to hold a broken table to get up. She was interrupted by a recurring noise, as if someone were moving cardboard boxes, and turned to see what was happening.
