ESCAPE I

MAYA'S V.O : Lumina's , Sorren's and Aurions , there was a time when we all loved together in harmony but but that was a long time ago way before I was born , way before my father was born. But Lumina's and Sorren's wanting the power of the orb of Aeternus got into a war where millions were massacred mostly Aurion' s as they were weak , almost a century later and all that's left are boundaries separating the Sorren's from the Lumina's , Aurion's either in hiding or taken as slaves , and the orb that started the whole chaos lost in time or so we were made to believe.

AT CYMORIA THE CAPITAL OF ELTHADOR THE KINGDOM OF THE LUMINA'S

RAPHAEL : ( A handsome brown haired Aurion and cleaner at the castle was standing at the side of a room off limits to mundanes staring at the Royal sword which he admired as prince Alexander and one of the he royal advisors were discussing )

OLIVIA : ( A beautiful Aurion girl and Raphael's best friend walks up behind him also staring into the room but this time not at the sword but at prince Alexander )

RAPHAEL : It's so pretty ( he says referring to the sword )

OLIVIA : I know right ? ( She says referring to prince Alexander )

RAPHAEL : Oh my ( he says loudly in shock but is cut off by Olivia who covers his mouth with her hand )

( Inside the room the two men both hear Raphael's voice and turns their gaze to the door)

ADVISOR : who's there ( he walks to the door but sees no one there , then he shuts the door before heading back )

MEANWHILE

( At the top of the staircase leading up to the room Olivia and Raphael both sigh in a relief as the door closes )

RAPHAEL : are you crazy ? Why would you scare me like that ?

OLIVIA : And how is it my fault you're such a scaredy cat ? Besides we were supposed to meet up like an hour ago

RAPHAEL : were we ? ( He asks trying to sound surprised )

OLIVIA : really ?

RAPHAEL : look I'm so sorry okay , I was going to come but I just couldn't resist the temptation , haven't you seen it , it's so cool

OLIVIA : I know right prince Alexander is simply the best ( she says with a broad smile on her face )

RAPHAEL : What ? Whoever said I was talking about that foolish spoilt puppet

OLIVIA : ( rolls he eyes ) you're so annoying ( she begins to walk down the stairs )

RAPHAEL : you need to stop fantasizing , what do you see in him anyway ( he says following closely behind )

OLIVIA : what don't you see ?

RAPHAEL : Everything ( he says in an undertone to himself )

OLIVIA : you know i heard you right ?

RAPHAEL : I'm not gonna argue with you over "prince charming" , not today

OLIVIA : ( she begins to run) last person to get to the kitchen gets a forfeit ( she says as she runs )

AT THE KITCHEN

( Olivia and Raphael runs in )

MARIA : ( Olivia's mother and the head royal chef ) Not today again guys

LADY : Maria ? ( one of the other chefs calls out to her )

MARIA : I know , I'm on it

OLIVIA : If it isn't the newest head chef in town ( she pecks her on the cheeks )

RAPHAEL : Hi aunt Maria

MARIA : hey Raphael

OLIVIA : Oh my God what's that ? it smells amazing ( she runs over to the large pot with boiling stew )

MARIA : Olivia not today

OLIVIA : come on , just a bowl

MARIA : nope ( she goes over to stir the stew )

OLIVIA : a spoon

MARIA : No ( she turns around and sees Raphael putting loaves of bread in his bag along with chicken wings ) Oh my God you guys you can't keep doing this , these foods are for the royal family

OLIVIA : we won't tell if you won't ( she says as she carries a bowl of stew )

MARIA : Oh lord

RAPHAEL : bye aunt Maria

OLIVIA : bye Mom , love you ( they both run out )

( A few hours later Raphael and Olivia are at the capital's market , they hide inside a carriage heading to Eldoria the boarder city. )

AT THE CITY

( Raphael and Olivia are sitting at the edge of a cliff close to the boarder looking at the scenery outside the boarder )

OLIVIA : what a perfect view , I can't imagine what could be so bad out there

RAPHAEL : The people

OLIVIA : I can bet on it that even the devil himself has more heart than the purebloods here , all they do is cage us and use us as slaves all in the name of protection .

RAPHAEL : truer words have never been spoken . One day you and I are going to get out of this hell hole and explore the world but for now ( he stands up and puts a hand out to her to help her stand up ) let's go do some exploring

( They both went round the entire city before heading back to the capital )

( At the servant quartets where Olivia lives with her mother Maria and her baby sister Elise , she was having dinner with her family )

MARIA : ( notices that her younger daughter's plate was empty ) do you care for extra Elise

ELISE : yes please ( she says with a smile as she hands out the plate to her mother )

OLIVIA : me too ( she says with a full mouth also handing her plate out to her mother )

MARIA : you eat way too much

OLIVIA : that's because you cook way to well

MARIA : ( carries both her daughter's plates to the kitchen )

ELISE : so what did you bring for me from you adventure today

OLIVIA : Something very special , close your eyes and put your hands out

ELISE : no , I'm not going to fall for that trick again

OLIVIA : what trick ? ( she asks in a confused tone )

ELISE : don't pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about , the last time you put a spider in my hand .

OLIVIA : that was a mistake

ELISE : or when you put a cockroach in my palm the other time , or the time when it was a frog , or when

OLIVIA : ( cuts in ) okay , okay I remember now , but this time I'm being for real

ELISE : I don't believe you

OLIVIA : I'm serious

ELISE : ( gives her a questioning look )

OLIVIA : I promise

ELISE : ( still giving her the Same look )

OLIVIA : pinky promise ( she raises her pinky finger out to Elise )

ELISE : ( looks at her finger and back at her but doesn't react ) cross your heart ? ( she asks staring at Olivia with her large emerald doe eyes )

OLIVIA : cross my heart and if I lie drive a stake right through my heart .

ELISE : ( closes her eyes and stretches her hands out in excitement )

OLIVIA : ( places a luminara blossom in her hands . Luminara Blossom is a rare and enchanting flower found only in the hidden valleys of Eldoria. Its petals are a radiant blend of iridescent blues and purples, shimmering with a soft, ethereal glow that illuminates the surrounding area at dusk. The center of the flower holds a cluster of tiny, luminescent beads that resemble stars, giving it a celestial appearance. ) you may open your eyes now

ELISE : Wow ( was all that she could say as she stared at the beautiful flowers in her hands ) it's breathtaking

OLIVIA : You like it ?

ELISE : I love it , it's the most beautiful thing ever , thank you Soo much

OLIVIA : you're welcome , but it isn't the most beautiful thing in the world

ELISE : really ! ( she says seemingly shocked ) then what is

OLIVIA : you are

ELISE : no you're wrong ( she says with a slight frown ) I'm not the most beautiful thing , I'm the most beautiful girl and this ( she says referring to the flowers ) is the most beautiful flower , am I right ?

OLIVIA : Of course you are , the most beautiful flower for the most beautiful girl .

MARIA : ( walks back into the room with two plates of food ) sorry I took to long ( notices Elise staring at the flowers in her hands ) well what do we have here

ELISA : look mom Olivia got me the most beautiful flowers ever

OLIVIA : and that's only because you are the most beautiful girl ever ( she adds )

ELISE : ( notices the frown on her mother's face ) mom what's wrong aren't they pretty

MARIA : of course they are ( she says now smiling at her daughter ) almost as pretty as you are . Elise dear take your food up to your room

ELISE : Okay ( she carries her plate of food and the flowers upstairs )

MARIA : you went to Eldoria again , didn't you ? ( she asks Olivia as soon as Elise was out of sight ) what were you doing there ? answer me when I ask you a question ( she raises her voice clearly irritated by Olivia's silence )

OLIVIA : ( startled by her mother's sudden outburst ) I went to get a few things ( she lies )

MARIA : in the hidden Valley , by the boarder ? you we're trying to escape again weren't you ?

OLIVIA : no I wasn't

MARIA : don't lie to me , what is out there that you want to see so bad , you already know about the dangers of the outside world , for God's sake you could have been beheaded if you were caught trying to escape

OLIVIA : I already told you I wasn't trying to escape but right now I wish I was .

MARIA : ( hurries over and locks the door ) do you want to loose your head , don't ever say that anywhere ever .

OLIVIA : I mean what's the difference between death and how we Aurions are made to live , these good for nothing LUMINA'S treat us like we don't exist , were be very acknowledged or involved in anything they only collect high taxes from us and use us as servants to grobble at their feet , hell they didn't think we we're good enough to cook for them until their kind felt it too insulting to perform such tasks , I don't know about you I won't let myself and definately not my children to live such lives all because some self acclaimed God's say it's dangerous to leave .

MARIA : ( slaps her ) it is the same lifestyle that clothe and feed you so you have no right to complain ( she says visibly angry ) sometimes I wonder if you are really my daughter, because I surely did not give birth to a selfish and ungrateful brat such as yourself

OLIVIA : I'd rather be selfish and ungrateful than be a happy slave (she storms up to her room)
