It’s official. Jude was not having a good day.
First, he woke up late and ran to the lab an hour later than usual. In a groggy state, he snoozed his alarms and he ended up oversleeping until past eleven in the morning. It was already a bad start.
Next, he burned his tongue on the coffee he bought. That didn’t usually happen. He had gotten so used to eating and running that he mastered the art of ‘not burning your tongue on scalding hot coffee’. But today was just not his day. He could still feel the sting whenever he opened his mouth.
Third, there were bugs in the codes Justin made for their project. Spot-checking them was just not doing the job right, so Jude had to go over every line and command just to correct them. It was difficult, especially with his eyesight getting worse. He end
