Revenge 3

Present...   I hummed and rested my head in the headrest of my car while my bodyguard was busy driving and he was heading towards the mall. I slowly closed my eyes as I thought about all the complicated things which hadn't been solved yet.   But things weren't complicated like the last time I'm with him... my dear Dylan. I broke his heart and I shattered it without any warning to prepare. I hope he can find a girl that is better than me. I hope he could find a girl who wouldn't hurt or shatter his heart.   I shook my head. I shouldn't think about him. He's a past already. I should be moving on because it's already three months and I must forget him. I glared at the window and almost jumped when the car was now in front of the mall. I glared at my two bodyguards sitting at the driver's seat and in the passenger seat. I was in the back seat.   "You should let me in the mall alone, right?" I asked them as they parked the car.   One of my bodyguards, Bea, looked at me. She shook her head. "You are not allowed, Ma'am Freya. Austin and I should be with you in the mall."   I rolled my eyes and leaned in again. "Who told you that you should follow me? Oh c'mon, I'm an adult now. I'm not a kid anymore." I crossed my arms. These two aren't funny anymore.   Auston turned his head from sitting in the driver's seat. "But Ma'am Freya, that is the order of Ma'am Sabrina. We should guard and follow you wherever you go. If we don't do our job, Ma'am Sabrina will surely be angry at us for failing to do our only job."   "Then, we will keep this as a secret. Please let me stroll alone. I wanna be alone even just for a while. Why can't you indulge me? Is Sabrina your boss here?" I am starting to get stifled.   "But Ma'am Sabrina is our boss and the one who hired us," they said in unison.   I whacked my forehead. Of course, she was. Sabrina hired them for me. And the hell, I didn't wish to have bodyguards. They were so annoying. They will either follow you or guard you 24/7.   I looked at them. "Tell it again to me that you two were hired by her once we go back to my house," I said, looking away and staring at the mall. I would like to go alone. It sucks that they were always following me like they are my dogs. Maybe, I should regret that I told Sabrina about my biggest problem from this death threat thingy. I haven't told him this then but after Dylan and I broke up, I told her what my problem was. Then after that, she insisted on hiring some bodyguards to protect me at all times. I didn't know if she already knew that his brother-in-law and I broke up three months ago. But I guess, she wasn't and she never insisted to ask me about how Dylan and I are relationship ongoing.   I twitched my lips, finding a chance to get out. It's hard to escape from them. I was thinking that they were professional bodyguards. They know what the technique of the important person they were monitoring is. They know when a person escapes from their guarding. So, I was trying my best to create a plan to easily escape from their presence and go to the mall and shop all I want.   I counted in my mind. One... Two... Three... I opened the back seat door and went out as fast as I could. As I went outside, I started to run towards the mall's door. "Ma'am Freya!" I heard Bea and Auston calling my name. I smirked as I ran again.   One point for Freya! You deceived your two bodyguards!   As I entered the mall, I found my way to hide first before I strolled around. I found a restaurant and simply entered as I headed towards the comfort room. I have to hide before I get caught. I stayed there for almost fifteen minutes and then I decided to leave the restaurant.   My eyes patrolled very much as I strolled around the mall. I happily entered one of the most famous clothing line shops and I got as many dresses as I wanted. I couldn't help but giggle so much when I found a dress that suits my taste. I also bought expensive shoes so that my dress would have a pair for it.   After I bought the things I want in that store, I went to one of the best Italian restaurants. I ordered pasta with end harvest roasted green tomato sauce and applesauce almond cake. And they partnered it with orange juice. While I'm busy enjoying it, two people stood before me.   I was stunned and slowly glared up to meet those two... Bea and Auston. I gave them my awkward smile as they were smiling at me but in a serious way. I chuckled. "Wanna join me?" I swallowed the food I was eating when they were still looking at me seriously. In a moment, I sighed and gave up. This is annoying having these two bodyguards of mine. I looked at them. "Okay. Okay. I give up. I'm sorry, okay? I didn't mean to escape again. Didn't I tell you I wanted to be alone just for today? You didn't indulge my wish." I crossed my arms and leaned in the chair I was sitting at.   Auston and Bae both sat down in the unoccupied chairs opposite mine. Auston gave out a deflating sigh. "Ma'am Freya, please... It's not like we are restricting you. We're just protecting you from threats. Ma'am Sabrina will be mad at us if something happens to you. Your head bodyguard, Sir Ford is not here yet to guard 24/7. If we don't organize, they will be going to fire us. Bea and I didn't want that to happen. I hope you understand our situation," said Auston while clasping his hands and putting it in his chin.   "Auston has a point, Ma'am Freya. I thought we already talked about this, young miss?" Bea asked.   Giving out another sigh, I looked away. "So, you mean, I have another bodyguard aside from you two? And who the hell is Sir Ford?" Damn! I didn't wish for a hellish life like this. I'm regretting that I told you my problem, Sabrina. I would like to return to the past but what could I do? I couldn't gain or return what the damage had been.   "He is your lifetime bodyguard."   My eyes widened. "What?! Are you kidding me?!!" They shook their heads. "NO!" I slumped on the table. This life is hell, indeed.   I can't believe this. This is happening to me. Damn you, Sabrina! What are you doing again to ruin my life, Sabrina? I crossed my arms. If I should have told this her husband of what she's doing to me. I am starting to hate her. Hmph!   We are now on our way to my mansion. This is f*****g annoying! I hate this! I hate bodyguards! And whoever that Sir Ford they were talking about that he is going to be my lifetime bodyguard, I will make his life put in hell until he backs out in his job to guard me.   As the car parked in front of my mansion, I immediately got out of it as I saw Sabrina's car parked at the side of it. My two bodyguards immediately got out of the car and followed my tracks. I am so madly mad at her. I might tell her that I don't need bodyguards so badly. I can't even have my privacy because of them. This pissed my s**t!   I saw her sitting on the couch. I walked so faster than my bodyguards as I approached her. I didn't spare a glance at the person who was sitting opposite her. "Sabrina, you must stop having me as bodyguards! The hell they made my life miserable than the death threats I'd receive! Kindly, tell them that you must fire them immediately! I don't want this setup! I give up! I've been regretting that I told you about the dilemma I've been receiving since I was little!" I panted as I finished my sentences. I burst out.   I gnashed my teeth in annoyance as I saw her flashed a smile and she even hugged me and greeted me. "Freya! My goodness, you're still more beautiful than I've thought. I'm sorry for not contacting you, okay? And I just brought you two bodyguards that you didn't even know. Please forgive me. I hope you're not mad at me for what I'm doing. I'm just protecting you with all my can."   I rolled my eyes. "Protection my ass. My life was in hell with these two named Bea and Auston. I don't wanna be with them. I would prefer Will who will guard me and he will even give me privacy than those two who haven't even known what the word 'privacy' is." Then my eyes fell from something that was made to stiffen in my ground. "What... the.. heck..." My eyes widened too.   Sabrina must have noticed my sudden stiffening in my ground so she looked behind. "Owwww. Yes. Right." Then she faced the person she brought.   I saw Bea and Auston bow to that person. "Sir Ford, welcome back."   My eyes even grew wider. Sir Ford? My God!   "Yes. Of course, Freya. Your boyfriend, Dylan Ford Smith, will be your lifetime bodyguard from now on," said Sabrina.
